Dear Sir/Mam, this is sanjay kuma, i having BSL Dream Plan (policy no.[protected] last 6 months when i purchage this scheme though credit care (No. [protected])Rs. 5950, this is half yearly, and second renewal premium pay though cheque no. 802878, indus ind bank sector - 16, noida, Rs. 5950 then second premium cut u r company by credit card (No. [protected])at18.04.2009 Rs.5929, when i pay already premium, why cut second time through credit care(No. [protected])? i call at customer care at 23.05.2009, regarding this payment, executive told me this is pay by you as a topup, i say i dont pay any topup, then that say sir u r payment premium through credit card active, so second premium cut, that person recieved request againt this, and at 24.05.2009, i call second time to call centre executive say sir, you give me request through writen, at 25.05.2009 i give writem request with all doc ( request latter, copy of cheque cheque, creditcard statement, credit card deactivale latter). at NOIDA SECTOR-18, BRANCH all doc recieved by M/s Rajani Sundyal, at 01.06.2009 i go NOIDA SECTOR-18, BRANCH talking about process my doc or not mam says all doc send head office by curier. process complete may be 5 to 10 days, same day i call in call centre for detail in call center executive says we have no doc for process at 04.06.2009 i go second time in NOIDA SECTOR-18, BRANCH and talk to mam, that say your all doc in process i request to mam for POD(Blue Dart - [protected]) mam give me pod, i cheque POD result------- pichup date - 25.5.09 from-noida to-mumbai status - shipment delivered date of delivery - 26.05.09 time of delivery - 08:50 Recipient -Sahu then i call in call centre [protected], i talk to m/s tazeen she says i have no't findout any doc for process then i say all about POD, then mam says sir u r credit card deactivation request will be compleated, then i say mam all doc attach together then how u can say that refund request not recieved by u, then i confrensig to noida branch from m/s rajani both are talking about doc, then tazeen say sir i call u tomarrow after all checkout but today dont have any call, then i call send time in call centre i talk to mr. sachin he says tomarrow call u sazeen. all above is my story regarding refund my payment... 1 - i spend more time. 2- i pay intrest to credit card. 3- having more tension regarding payment last 10 to 12 days. i call to customer care today executive say no request fount again this i mail more time to m/s sonia kapoor but i have no reply i talk to m/s rajni sundyal in noida branch today that say you geve me two request in a same format so my concern persone send only one request, what tis if any body give request for read and send concern department, but in noida branch no body have responcibility for any request. after that i mail to you all after all try mail you i requesting to you plz refund my all money as soon as posible i want to refund my money as soon as posible all doc attch regarding sanjay kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
