[Resolved]  Birth Certificate — Change of father name

I need to change the name of my daughters father on the birth certificate due to the face he has a different name. I had found out the he is going by two fully different ones. and how do i go about that..

My Female baby was born on 20/09/2008 in KHM Hospital Anna Nagar
due to some clerical mistake father name is you wrongly entered as M RAVICHANDRAN, but my orginal name is M RAVICHANDRU.


So please kindly change my name .

now we want to change that name as soon as possible
