Delay in issue of Birth certificate
I have applied for Birth certificate of my son in e seva counter at Nallakunta/shivam road branch,Hyderabad on 17th oct 2010. I have submitted all related documents for issue of Birth ceritificate. Till date they are not issuing the birth certificate. I have visited them almost 5-6times in this regard. They are giving some or the other reasons but they are not looking into this matter to solve it.I request the concerned officials to look into this matter and solve this problem as quickly as possible.My transaction no is: NLK[protected] circle no: 9.Eseva Nallakunta. submitted on 17/9/10. place of birth: sai vani hospital,Hyderabad.
