hi... i've corrections in my birth certificate... so i tend to go for alterations in tat. solidly,it takes a year for this problem, but,even i not get in correct format because, tat government officer alters wrongly even i give correct copy with fullfill details and blames me for his careless. i don't know how to proceed this... even, i'm a graduate, i dono the basic rights. i kindly requesting the government to give awareness about basic right should known by everyone..sir,pls help me.how i can proceed this?
