Blackberry 9300 — Deficiency in services

Dear Sir,
I had given my hand set of blackberry 9300 phone to AC Care, Shop No. 163,164, Under Ground, ph[protected] at Bikaner on[protected] which is under warranty period and the Job sheet number is 3975.
The problem was .

1. My Track pad not working.
2. Network problem.
They accepted the phone for the above complaints. And they promise to fix the problem in 10 days. Its being already 14 days that no progress is being made.
The customer care center executive says that he has no idea how more long it is going to take. The same has resulted in pecuniary losses apart from causing inconvenience. I can't wait for so long to get my BB back.
This is something called deficiency in services under Indian Consumer Protection Act, 1986. So it is requested to you that in order to avoid legal consequences, I am requesting you to give my mobile back within this 3 Working days.
I really appreciate if you do the things better.

Blackberry 9300 — Trackball issue

Date: 1st August 2011

I submitted my Blackberry 9300(Curve 3G) phone to the Lajpat Nagar Service Centre on 1st August 2011 with the problem of the trackball. I was promised to get the phone back within one week or we'll be informed. But they never informede us, i visited them on 9th August 2011 and was promised to give me the phone back on 13th August but nobody picked up the phone, as it might have been a holiday. On 16th August 2011, again I phoned them and they told me it is not still ready.

Is it the way your service should go, after 15 days also i havnt received my phone back!! How will I work and how will I tell other people to buy your company's mobile phones. This is the question of your reputation!

Hope the needful would be done.

i am using a blackberry9300 and wanted black berry services.got msg saying service activated and 399 rs was taken from my balance .still i am not able to browse...just want my money back......customer care not helping.....urgent

Blackberry 9300 — Alphabet has melted on its own

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought new blackberry curve 3G handset on Saturday i.e. 7th January in Ahmadabad from The Mobile Store.
This handset has started giving problem, while talking over the phone it gets heated and don’t know how one key has been destroyed automatically. One alphabet has melted on its own and it’s not working also.
I went to The Mobile Store Shop but my problem has not yet resolved. Within a day the whole charm of this handset has gone and I fear if this problem is recurring. Therefore I request you to change the whole handset. My mobile is in warranty period and expect you to replace it. I have spent 15K on this blackberry handset and don’t expect this problem with such a huge company where they have rich base of customers.

Kindly help me out to resolve this issue. Will appreciate your prompt reply.
