Blackberry 9300 — Service failure

Greetings of the day....!
I would like to express great regret on a service failure I have experienced from your company. As a professional I have purchase Blackberry curve 9300. From your below mail I understood that it can't get repaired. I have been using different companies mobile phone and I never had such bad service and bad solution. I would like to point out the following for your reference:
1. I have submitted my mobile phone to Redington India Ltd, Mumbai for a solution which was neglected.2. When I submitted my phone as the scroll button was ok but now it is not working.3. When it was returned back, the upside buttons(power on/off, mute etc) switch was not there.(only holes), not replaced4. I purchased this handset on 13/6/2011, and the warranty is only getting over by this month(18 month)5. Redington have replaced my battery and when I asked the bill for the battery as well as for the service charge paid to them, they told me that they can't provide. Instead of that they have marked on my batter about the warranty as 3 months. How can you say no bills to the customer?6. If it PCB is liquid damaged, then why can't you replace it and return it back? If the customer is ready to pay you.
This was my biggest disappointment and I would like your personal assistance to create a resolution on top of the problem. I would be grateful if you would be kind enough to rectify and to solved permanently.
