[Resolved]  Blackberry — customer care

I purchased a Blackberry handset 9700 in the month of November 2010 and had guarantee period of 1 year within 1 month of purchase i experienced a problem with the display of the handset. hence i submitted it to the blackberry dealer situated in Cunningham road Bangalore, they told me that if it was a hardware/software problem they would replace it, which they did not and just repaired the part. On this discussion i spoke to the store manager and demanded for a replacement. the reply from the other side stunned me, he was so harsh and rude and literally hung up on me while i was speaking. When I called him back i told him, i would be willing to take this matter to the consumer court as this is no way to deal with a customer, his reply again was shocking as he told me that "you can take this matter where ever you want but you will also have to pay for it'. I was really disappointed by this and have been making complaints, i even asked him for an higher authorities email id and he actually gave his own email id. i do not expect this from blackberry.

i have submitted may black berry model 8520 (my bbm no.22B1E57A) at Varad electronics on 24.09.2011 for repairing and also gave them my e-mail id and mobile no. but i have not recd any mail from them regarding the same and today after 10 days they told me my phone is return back without any reparing and also asking for Rs.200/- for service charges. My phone is under warranty till 27.10.2011. My work is suffer because of this so kindly look in to the matter
