I purchased a Blackberry handset 9700 in the month of November 2010 and had guarantee period of 1 year within 1 month of purchase i experienced a problem with the display of the handset. hence i submitted it to the blackberry dealer situated in Cunningham road Bangalore, they told me that if it was a hardware/software problem they would replace it, which they did not and just repaired the part. On this discussion i spoke to the store manager and demanded for a replacement. the reply from the other side stunned me, he was so harsh and rude and literally hung up on me while i was speaking. When I called him back i told him, i would be willing to take this matter to the consumer court as this is no way to deal with a customer, his reply again was shocking as he told me that "you can take this matter where ever you want but you will also have to pay for it'. I was really disappointed by this and have been making complaints, i even asked him for an higher authorities email id and he actually gave his own email id. i do not expect this from blackberry.
