SUBJECT: NOT GETTING MY BLACKBERRY CURVE PHONE BACK FROM THE COMPANY

This is to bring to the notice of BLACKBERRY department people that I have given my blackberry phone to your repairing centre as it was in a warranty almost one nd half year ago but I haven’t got my phone back till know whenever I ask them that I want my phone back they say that it has gone in the company but till now I haven’t got it and now your dealers are saying ki they have got lost it and cant do anything in that. IS THIS A WAY TO DO WITH OTHER PERSONS THINGS?? I HAVE USED MY PHONE JUST FOR 1 MONTH AND AFTER THAT I HAVENT USED IT.

MY BLACKBERRY PHONE WAS IN WARRANTY SO IT WAS SOPOSED TO BE GET CHANGED BUT YOU PEOPLE KEPT IT FOR REPAIRE WHY SOOOOOO???? You just tell me that why are you not giving my phone back to me, its been almost 1nd half years that you are having my phone with you??????? there is a hight of checking the patiens of someone.

its a request to the blackberry department to kindly give my phone back.

Blackberry 8520 Curve — blackberry handset

my handset has been sent to the service center to get its body changed from last 2 weeks no response nothing frm there side and i'm facing prblem in communicatn with my ppl and my phone had red and its volume keys were also totally damagd so i hv sent it for repair and i also want its body to be white but i hv nt got any response frm them yet and i'm highly dissapointd

I HAVE A BLACKBERRY HAND SET MODEL 9650(CDMA) HAND SET. I HAVE GIVEN THIS HAND SET AT BLACKBERRY SERVICE CENTER ON 03 .08.2011 THEY SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS BECAUSE OF THE PHONE WILL GO AT BANGALORE.THEN WE CALL THEM AFTER 10 DAYS THEY SAID THE PHONE IS NOT REPAIR ABLE YOU WILL GET NEW PHONE BY 7 DAYS AFTER 7 DAYS WE AGAIN CALL THEY GIVE THERE HEADOFFICE NUMBER AT DELHI AND ASK ME TO CALL THERE I CALL THERE AND THEY SAID THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR PHONE WITHIN 7 DAYS AND YOUR PHONE IS ALREADY SEND TO KOLKATA AND NOW THEY ARE NOT GIVING A PROPER ANSWER AND SAYING ME THAT CALL IN DELHI WHEN WE CALL IN DELHI ONE ONE GOING TO RECEIVE CALL .PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS TO GET MY PHONE BACK FROM BLACKBERRY.
