[Resolved]  blackberry redington — Poor Back office team

Offered For replacement after a period of one month returned the same handset , is the team slow or careless does not care because of monopoly of blackberry

I had given my device to the coimbatore service center and was told the device would be replaced within 8 days and I would get a new device.

Its been over 3 weeks am not getting any proper response from the service center. They are not giving any proper status update on my device.

This is causing problem in my daily business mails as I was totally dependent on my blackberry for my business.

I also spoke to the regional service head but dint get proper response from Gandhi, Selvaraj coimbatore

Please do the needful in this matter ASAP.
