[Resolved]  Blackberry — replacement of defect handset

I bought a Black berry Torch 9800 on march 31st 2011. there was some complaint with regard to the display lighting and i handed over the entire set and the kit to REDINGTON at Vazhuthakadu wherein they have issued me A DOA Certificate which is the autherised approval by RIM for replacement of new hand set for the defective one. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks on phone and visiting in person for my hand set and the respected Madam sitting at REDINGTON, Vazhuthakkadu had been trying to teach me VERY VERY POLIETLY Clause 2 in Page 2 of the DOA certificate. Thanks Madam till date I have not yet received my hand set.
And friends can any one guide me the way to complaint directly to RIM regarding the above issue please.

Blackberry — Replacement of defective handset

I have purchased a Black Berry 8520 ( IMEI no- [protected] ) on 25 may 2011 from Mobile Store Ahmedabad Gujrat (India). And after using couple of weeks i found it was hanging frequently, then i handed over to Black berry service centre & they've just updated the software, but the problem was remain same & the same thing is repeated four times & every time they just update the software & said your problem is resolved but my problem is remains same. So just in 2 months my phone is serviced four times. Now i am fad-up with the black berry services.

So, i send them a request for replacement of handset but they didn't reply.

I have purchased blackberry curve 8520 on 31aug, 2011 after purchasing i found that memory card in the handset is not working, , i tried other memory cards in it and it worked properly but the 2gb memory card which i received in the handset is not working.I talked to the dealer (from where i purchased) regarding it he guided me to the service center.SO on 2nd sep 2011 i took my handset to the service center in janakpuri they told me that they dont take complaints regarding memory card and u should go to the dealer...after that i even talk to the customer care they told that there is no warranty of memory card as IT IS COMPLIMENTARY...so after that i left with no option...so please suggest me what to do ASAP
