Blaze Flash — Courier not received

I haven't received my courier. the number is[protected]. It should have reached on 24th June'10 but today is 28th June. Does it really takes 5 days for a courier to reach Gurgaon from Agra. You people have pathetic services and no one is even ready to help us. Agra people told me to call after 3 pm today and Gurgaon people say that they haven't received courier from other end. Kindly look into this matter asap. This wont be accepted from such a good company.
