my father has sent me a courier on 25th 0f sep09 from ghaziabad .consignment no is[protected].this has not been recieved till date . online tracking site shows that is has forworded for delivery . parcel is expensisve this is worst courier service i ever had. plz suggest me further action for this . Blaze Flash — failure of parcel delivery

Dear Sir,

I booked a parcel on 13th Feb, 2011 via Blaze Flash Courier Ltd from Agra to my wife home address in Nagpur.But now its been 22 days and parcel have not received yet.Above all i m trying to get information about the courier using the note number and it says it is busy. They are not giving any response regarding parcel.
