Blaze Flash Courier — courier lost

This is very bad service i sent a courier through blaze flash service on 30th April 2012 but consignment is not delivered.
Following are consignment no:[protected]. Details are not available on Internet.

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between. I called to Delhi center around 1:35PM (9th May 2012) even she refuse to provide complain no:. If you have recorded the call you can check the same.
Now no one receiving my call,i have called on blaze flash related person these are details of mob no:
