Blazeflash Courier — wrong commitments

This is one of the worst situation i have ever faced. I booked a consignment bearing C NO[protected] dt 19/11/2008 for destination imphal.The blazeflash executive committed and assured that, they have direct flight for imphal and so the goods will be delivered within 2 days. After 2 days i could not track my consignment on the blazeflash site, so i requested the concern executive to help me out but their was no response for the next two days. Finally executive Brijesh gave me the mobile no of leena roy (chairman or director)i am not sure about her post but she assured me that she will provide all the details and the status of the consignment. But next day i didn't got any response of my calls. I even made call to one of the director who behaved as if iam asking for a favour for him. My complaint is that we are paying them good money for good service but even after that if my goods are untraceable and no one is ready to take any kind of responsibility. I want them to apologise or refund my money and return the consignment from where they picked.
I don't expect such an attitude from the company of this profile.
hopeless service !!!

Dear Sir
To begin with let me highlight that your services are deplorable. This is probably the 4th time I am sending a written complaint about your services, BUT there seems to be no improvement AT ALL.

We from M/S VVF Limited, Sion east, are in contract with you'll for regular Document/Samples pick up.However for the last 2-3 days nobody bothers to even come for the pick up even after umpteen reminders. Your General Manager does not even bother to pick up the call!!! what a service!!!

I am now assured that we cannot depend upon you for urgent deliveries.

Your payments are on hold with me and I will NOT hand over the cheque to you'll till you improve upon your services... else we terminate the contract with immediate effect.

When called at your Chembur branch for pick up we are told to bear with you'll for 1 today...this goes on for????? how many days???

We cannot afford to hold courier documents/ urgent samples for more than 1day. If you are unable to provide the services required... there are many other courier Companies wanting to get business from us .switching over to them does not take time

It is a very great regreat that your service incharge (BLAZE FLASH COURIER) whose mobile no is [protected] and name is SURAJ AGARWAL at RAEBARELI location has no manner that how to behave our customer.
my courier has been dispatched form faizabad to raebareli the docket no of that courier is[protected] but service center of raebareli location is providing very bad service as well as illmannerd staff.

i asked one question to higher authirities of blaze flash courier service that how u people recruit who has no manner of talking.
suraj agarwal has been misbehaving to my staff very badly.
hopefully you people will take the necessry action against this type of person for future Alertness.
