[Resolved] Blazeflash Courier — Items missing sent through parcel | |
I had send a parcel vide doc.no.[protected] dt.[protected] to Pune through your Thane, Mahrashtra branch. The parcel was collected by your person from my residence. I was informed that the parcel will deliver on 25th Jan., but it was delivered only on 28th Jan. The parcel was found open and there were items missing. It was reported to the delivery person of Pune. The delivery person informed that the parcel could have been opened at Thane itself. On contacting the Thane branch they say to contact Mumbai office. I have been trying the Mumbai office telephone numbers but they all are engage. I sent email giving details mentioned above to the authorities of Blazeflash courier. The Pune branch manager in his report confirmed that the items were missing. I asked the company to pay the damages but they have ignored my requests. I HAVE MADE A COURIER ON DATE 01.06.2009 FOR AURANGA BAD BIHAR.BUT THE CONSIGNMENT NOT REACHED THE CONSIGNEE PERSON.THE COURIER RETURN TO MY ADDRESS.BUT THE ENVELOPE SEAL IS DAMAGE AND THE DOCUMENT IS ALSO MISSING.WHAT IS THIS?MY PO NO IS[protected].IF YOU TRACE THEN TELL TO ME.

I had send a parcel vide doc.no.[protected] dt.12-4-10 to Balrampur(UP) through your Jhandewalan BranchNew delhi-110055. The parcel was collected by your person from my residence. I was informed that the parcel will deliver on 17-04-10., but The parcel was found open and there were items missing(Memory Card). It was reported to the delivery person of Balrampur(UP).At the time of Parcel, Packet was Totally pack.
