Blazeflash Courier — Indifferent Attitude of Customer Service Staff

Dear BlazeFlash Management / Gullible consumer

I have had an extremely bitter experience with this company, in particular with an indifferent and incompetent person named "Sunil" who is at their Branch in Asaf Ali Road. Courier was dispatched from there on 15/6/2010 with a guarantee that it would reach our Gurgaon office by 2pm latest on 16/06/2010.
After several attempts to try and reach them, we got through to a person named "Sunil". I do not know what his position is. At approx 5pm, my staff called him, after which he said that it has reached their Sushant Lok office. When asked when it would be delivered, he said that it would be tomorrow before 12pm (hard to believe). After which, I posed a simple question saying that what if it doesn't come before 12 (nature of documents carried is very crucial and urgent). After posing this question, I said that I am very serious about this and if my document is not delivered before 12pm, I will certainly issue you a legal notice. to which he replied, "I am not scared of your threats, do what you want". That is the most unprofessional approach i have ever come across in my working life. You are there because of the customer, not vice-versa. You are not doing anyone any favour and have no right to act this way. I would not have filed this complaint, had it not been for the last line regarding this man's attitude. Please look into it, before this matter escalates any further.
