I think you should stop delivering courier deliveries and shut down your company. I am not sure why you give franchise to people who are not responsible enough.
My Courier no.[protected] is still not delivered and when i cross check with the two parties in between whom the parcel has reached, they just are not ready to accept the failure and one of them says it was delivered from my end and other asks me to check with the former.
This company is not acceptable.
Guys please don't use this courier service. This is not a trusted service provider. The customer care is not reachable and no one picks phone in registered head office.In the Corporate office column they have just pasted their customer care number which is never connecting you to the department and throws you out of the call.
