I think you should stop delivering courier deliveries and shut down your company. I am not sure why you give franchise to people who are not responsible enough.

Dear sir,
My customer has book the consignment on 04/06/2011 from delhi to ludhiana. It is bull services given by this courrier company that i always geting courrier in 6 - 7 days from delhi ,inspite of verbaly complaints many times no action was taken by the company.
Please look in to this matter and take necessary actions immediately.
