[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier Service — Lost 2500 rs

Hi,
I had shipped an order via blazeflash courier service on 22nd may 2013 from Ghaziabad to Bangalore before shipping the order only I asked them how much time in will take to reach Bangalore and they replied 5 days. So I have shipped it. It was very important order and it must reach within 10 days. But after 5 days when i was trying to check the status on 31st May 2013 it was showing order is dispatched from Asaf ali road,Delhi. When I called customer care @[protected] nobody receive call from morning 10:00 to night 10:00 o'clock. After that i called on Bangalore center, I got same response.
The order which i have send to Bangalore it must reach within time. Because i was returning it to one of the online shopping site and they will accept it only when it will reach on time. Because of this fraud courier company I loose 2500 rs. Who is responsible for that?
