Hi,
I had shipped an order via blazeflash courier service on 22nd may 2013 from Ghaziabad to Bangalore before shipping the order only I asked them how much time in will take to reach Bangalore and they replied 5 days. So I have shipped it. It was very important order and it must reach within 10 days. But after 5 days when i was trying to check the status on 31st May 2013 it was showing order is dispatched from Asaf ali road,Delhi....

When i am going to the local office of courier service here in Panchkula then they said that they have no information about this courier. It's docket no. is[protected]. Courier contains very important papers. Please help me....

My friend send me a courier on 11/11/2009, Number[protected], from New delhi. she also paid Rs 250 for fast service and they promise to deliver it within three days and then also i do not get the courier. That disappoints me a lot and there s no response also from the company side as no one is picking the phone that is mentioned on the slip.

My courier was booked on 27th July' 09 from Lucknow to Faizabad. Today ie 4th Aug' 09 only I had received it. There were no contact no written over the packet that is why they were not able to rang me even. The contact no shd be must. Please do enquire and communicate to me at the earliest. Pathetic Courier and Customer care service
Blazefash courier is the worst courier i ever came across. Their customer care service equally pathetic . Thanks to CMD of Blaze courier services, because after their invention only customer care department responded my consigment is delivered on 12th day.I would suggest not anybody to use their services.
