[Resolved]  blazeflash courier services — Pathetic Service of Blazeflash Couriers

Sir,

A courier docket no[protected] was sent through BlazeFlash Courier on 18th February to Bangalore from Indore. I was informed on 3 March after persistent followup with the Blazeflash Courier office in Indore, then in Bagalore and then in Delhi, I was informed that the packer was returned from Bangalore on 25th March as the address that the courier was sent on was not within their service area. First of all when I booked my packet with their office, the people there should have checked whether it is in their service area or not. Secondly, each of the staff that I contacted was unacceptably rude and not prepared to respond to my calls. At times when I was persistent about the whereabouts of my packet, they even hanged the phone. I sent emails to the following officers of the company but none of them had the courtesy to respond:

Finally I got in touch with Mr.Vimal Sharma Chief Zonal Manager [West, East, South] over the phone. First time I called him he assured me of finding out the details and getting back to me. He proved to be equally unreliable. I had to call him each time and pursue with him.

Then I was informed by the office at Indore that the packet was back with them and as it is not a delivery packet I have to collect it myself from their office!!!!!! Unbelievable !!!!!

Now I paid for the packet when I sent it, then made numerous calls and the mental harassment I suffered as at one time I thought that these irresponsible people may not even give me back my packet. It cost me money as well as mental harassment.

Now when I check the internet about this company it appears that its main earning is from undelivered packets. Wow.. what a way to make money. I wish the Government would set certain standards of service based on which the license should be given. It appears that irresponsible people start such service businesses and run their business with completely untrained people who don't even have any semblance of courtesy, rather are uncouth people.

With the number of complaint that they have against them from dissatisfied people their license should be canceled.

The Company seems to have their central value as "Who Harasses the Customers the Most' :D

this is regarding a parcel delivered to my Office on 10-08-09 at around 7.00p.m by courier boy of M/s. Blazeflash Courier Services in Which I was to recd 16 pcs in Boxes but i have recd empty boxes & only Recd 9pcs of the same

blazeflash courier services — Competition among the Staff

I am convinced that Blazeflash Courier Service is running a competition among their staff titled 'WHO FINDS THE BEST WAY TO HARASS CUSTOMERS' and which staff is loyal to the company's policy of "MAXIMUM HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMERS'
