[Resolved]  Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Shipment undelivered & not return back

Dear Sir,

I have booked my parcel on dated 07 Nov, 09 to Mahuwa, Bhabhanagar Gujarat with Blaze flash courier limited. They took my shipment & confirmed me it will be delivered in next 2-3 days but as of now it has not been delivered. When I talked to Blaze flash courier & they said, they can't deliver my parcel because they don't have service available for this location. If service was not available for this location then they should not book the parcel. After this I asked them to return it but I am not getting any satisfactory answer from them. They always say it will be return to you in 2-3 days. I talked to Ms. Ritu[protected] blaze flash courier person. She always says I will get back to you in few minutes but I never received her call.
I am very much disappointed with Blaze flash courier. Due to this, I can't sleep well. It gave me mentally harassment. It was very important parcel which can't not be delivered on time.
