Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Not received till now.

I had posted a letter jhansi to roorkee on 27 jan 2008 in which some very importent document were sent through Blazeflash. Receipt id no is[protected] till date letter has not reached the destination. On enquiry incharge of the booking office could not give any satisfactory reply.

Not received my courier from Mind TEchnologies, Santa Cruz sent on 11/04/08

I sent an important document through Blazeflash Couriers from Delhi to Ranchi on 24-Oct-2009 and till date, i.e. 31-Oct-2009 the parcel has NOT reached it's destination. The consignment tracking page of the courier company's website says, that on 25-Oct-2009, the parcel was 'Forwarded by Asaf Ali HUB (BIHAR+JKD SECTOR)' to Ranchi. And, on 29-Oct-2009, it was 'Out for Delivery by RANCHI (RANCHI [protected])'.

I had sent a parcel from Mumbai to Gibraltar on the 24th Feb '10 which was to be sent out on the 25th of Feb '10. The original parcel weighed 19kgs, but the parcel I have rec weighs only 16 kgs. We were charged one amount before we left, and after we left my brother was contacted in Mumbai to let him know that the parcel was held up in Dubai, as they had quoted us the wrong price thinking the destination was in UK. How do they run services without even knowing where the destination is??? My brother was then asked to pay double the amount originally quoted. And after all that we rec the parcel with some contents missing. We have called a few times and also sent emails to which we have not received any reply. Services like these, give India and Indians truly a bad name. We are extremely dissapointed by their services. Will we hear from anyone this time???? I wonder..

courier[protected] booked from Etawah to Gr Noida on 31/3/10 has been sent to Kanpur and thereafter lost instead of its reaching destination Gr Noida.
