[Resolved]  Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Courier booked through Blazeflash from Delhi neither reached destination, nor received back

I had send a courier by Blazeflash couries from Delhi vide docket No.[protected] dated 29/12/2012. The same has not reached the destination and nor has the same come back to us. The people at blazeflash are not able to give us the whereabout of our parcel.This is so embarassing when you tell a person that the same will be delivered in a day or 2 at most and you don't even know where the packet is lying.
