I sent a parcel on 22nd of this month from delhi which reached chennai on the 24 of june. But it has not reached the destination as yet.When contacted at the chennai office I spoke to Mr. Lakshman at [protected] who refused to attend my calls and give me the exact details. So i was hurt with this kind of irresponsible behaviour and i would take legal action incase i find the parcel delayed or hampered. My complaint number is 165 and bill number is[protected] addressed to

The parcel had clothes worth 50,000. I hope you will take some strong action, or else I will.the phone numbers are just for the sake of it, bno body is responsible enough to answer my queries. please take some action
despite repeated complaints, no action was taken and i regret sending my parcel through BlazeFlash
