I purchase a 1.5 Ton split AC in DEC09 and in Jan11 the split started to drip condensed water. Your Blue Star mechanic avised that a part was gone and need to change the same. I paid Rs750. Now again the water is dripping from inside and your mechanics advise that the Inside unit be completly serviced cost again Rs750.
This morning I noticed that the 2 ton split purchased in Marc10, in the hall, the water out let pipe in of such poor quality that it has come brittle and broken and now water is leaking inside the balcony.
I always thought that Indian Companies were good but am ashamed to think the same way now.
The after sale service is so so poor I will never again purchase Blue Star A/C. I was thinking of replacing our bed room A/C but no never.
Least Blue Star can do is have this complaint looked into. Otherwise will understand that is also another of those substandard iIndian Company.

BLUE STAR AC 2 TON SPLIT — POOR SERVICE
dear sir ,we have purchased 3 ac of 2 tons from your dealer gem house jalandhar almost three years back , from the day of purchase till date all the units are not in proper condition , even after changing the unit of 1 ac from the dealer , even afer reffilng the ac gas in all units , even after changing the control pannel plate from the ac . till date we have spend more than 20 thousand rs in servicing these units to work properly but all in vain . your dealer is very clever , he is making us fool & making money out of it . now the condition is so worse that his service people is unable to correct two units & bring them in working conditions for last 2 months , due to this we are loosing our business like anything , so its my request to you to take the fast action on this , otherwise we have to take the help of counsumer court which we dont want .we have choosen these units as bluestar has a good brand name . waiting for your possitive reply
