We have purchased Blue star Split AC wide Invoice no:RTL/RAD/336/09-10 from M/s Avdhoot corporation on 17.02.10 from Vadodara.Following are the details:

Immediately after installation we have been complaining about the poor cooling ,but all our efforts have failed in convincing the dealer.
The service technician reports, checks something and gives some reason for poor performance which is not related to machine and do not satisfy us.The room temp is not going below 26'C even after running the unit for about 4 hrs.Also compressor is not getting unloaded as it never reaches the set point of 22'C.Last service visit ( Service report no:129860, Dated 15.05.10)we have clearly mentioned our dissatisfaction,still no feedback,no communication.
The purpose of purchasing the AC in Feb'10 was to get some relief for the aged parents during the coming hot summer ,completely defeated and instead they are put under additional burden of following it up/chasing o[censored]nskilled service technician team.
As a last attempt we have approached customer service Toll Free service on 23.05.10 and were assured of 100% satisfaction in minimum possible time and as a ritual one Ticket no: 117821 was given.
Sorry to complain that even after 9 days and explaining the typical agony of aged parents during this hot summer so far no positive feedback/attempt to resolve issue was done.
Today again service desk representative was contacted with reference to Ticket no,but he has shown his helplessness by just reforwarding the ticket and could not apprise about the exact status of the complaint i.e it is at which stage?, who is working on it?How fast it will be resolved?
