I HAD REGISTERED ON THE 2ND OF MAY WITH THE BLUE STAR INSTALLATION SERVICE FOR MY WINDOW AC ,I PURCHASED ON THE SAME DAY. THE MODEL NO. IS 3WAE181YB AND THE COMPLAINT NO. IS[protected]. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE 2nd AND THESE GUYS HAVE JUST BEEN TRYING TO PASS TIME BY SAYING WE'LL CALL BACK WITH A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT SOON. BUT THE CALL NEVER HAPPENED. AND WHENEVER I HAVE CALLED UP AGAIN THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THE SAME. ITS GOING TO BE 48 HOURS AND STILL MY AC IS LYING IN ITS BOX.
A VERY VERY POOR JOB AND CLUELESS CALL CENTRE GUYS HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE MEANINGLESS.
