I own a BlueStar window AC since April 2008. Last month its compresser stopped working and I lodge a complaint on its toll free number[protected] with ticket number B[protected]. As the compresser was still in warranty so they replaced it without compresser charge but charged for Gas, labour and transport and total was Rs 3100/-
Complaint1 : I received SMS from BlueStar stating that they have received Rs 1500 from service associate and of there is any discrepancy please call toll free number. I called at toll free number but no one was able to ready to take this matter and later on I sent email at [protected]@bluestarindia.com and BlueStar corrected the amount at their end. Well I don't understand this why they corrected amount at their end without explaining the reason to customer.
Complaint2: AC is not working well since the day of replacement of compresser. Cooling is not efficient and room temperature is not coming down below 28 that too in weather where outside temperature is not very high. Earlier in peak summers temperature was coming down till 22. I am continously chasing customer care people at email ID [protected]@bluestarindia.com but AC is still not working in good condition. They have raised another complaint number B[protected] and technician has visited 2 times. Both the technician said that AC is technically OK. I always say that there is no cooling in the room but they dont listen this thing. For them AC is technically OK. Finally technician said that he would report this to next level and they will call me back but no response after that. I again sent email to customer care but nothing is happening now. As per BlueStar, they has raised the issue to Area Manager on 21/07/2012 but no responce after that.
Bluestar technician are not at all efficeint and not ready to find out the problem in AC.
Please do the needful.
