Dear Sir,
I draw your kind attention to the illegal industrial and commercial use of the 15% reserved garden plot at “All that piece of or ground lying and being part of Survey Nos, 5, 6 & 13 (part) and 158 (CT nos. 12, 13 & 15) of village Megathane and survey nos. 114/2 and 115/2 at Kandivli., having its entrance in Bhat Lane, Mulji Nagar, by the occupants thereof.

The open plot is being used for
1) industrial use such as welding, fabricating metal, moulding plastic and other chemical processes that defuse obnoxious poisonous gasses, spray painting etc.,
2) Storage of combustible material for the above mentioned processes including lacquer, paint & chemicals,
3) Commercial use for the sale and hire of the items so manufactured and/ or fabricated by the above mentioned processes,
4) Construction of offices and monsoon sheds without permission,
5) The work is carried on 24/7 without regard to the nuisance being created to the residents of the area and violating municipal laws and UD rules.
The occupants are blatantly ignoring & abusing all laws regarding Payment of Wages, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, UD rules for establishment of SSI units, Factories Act. etc.. There are more than 20 persons working therein at any point of time. Also they are defaulting in payment of professional tax, service tax etc..

The above illegal activities are camouflaged by storage of a few plants to indicate its use as a nursery.

I say that the above activities are illegal and that the occupants are carrying the activities without obtaining the necessary permission/ licenses from the appropriate authorities.


The occupants are occupying and utilizing a plot reserved for a garden. Any use other than this is illegal and must be forthwith stopped. A fire had taken place three years ago and may again be repeated.

I, therefore request you to instruct the officers concerned to take immediate steps to ensure that such illegal commercial and illegal activities are stopped with immediate effect and necessary action taken against the violators.

I am also filing an application under the RTI Act to obtain information on the licenses granted, if any, to the occupants of the open reserved garden plot and action taken so far to stop illegal use thereof..

ILLEGAL FISH SELLING BUSINESS

Dear Sir,

This matter is regarding NM Joshi CHS, Gawan Pada, Mulund (East), Mumbai – 400 081 (T Ward), which is a total residential area / building. The tenants of Mr. Raju Palkar, N.M. Joshi CHS Ltd., Building No.3, A Wing, Ground floor operate a FISH SELLING BUSINESS from their residence. This business has been progress since a very long time. However even on repeated objection from Society Members and numerous complaints to the MCGM – T ward this matter has not been solved. This business of selling is operated on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday in morning time. Further to this we would like to inform you that, this makes a surrounding area very unhygienic, attacks a lot of flays, make the area dirty due to melting ICE and there is a very high smell.

I say that the above activities are illegal and that the tenant are carrying the activities without obtaining the necessary permission/ licenses from the appropriate authorities.

I, therefore request you to instruct the officers concerned to take immediate steps to ensure that such illegal commercial and illegal activities are stopped with immediate effect and necessary action taken against the tenant.

I Govind Singh, resident of mankhurd, bharatnagar, chawlno; 1, roomno; 7, mumbai-400088.
In my area their is a huge problem of overflow of drain, due to garbage get jaam in the drain. Becauses of ths many people got ill health.
So please clean the drain .
