THERE IS PERSISTENT WATER-LOGGING DURING THE RAINY SEASON FOR ALMOST 3 TO 4 MONTHS IN FRONT OF THE COLONY MAIN GATE.IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE OUR WAY. EVEN VERY LESS RAIN WOULD BE SUFFICIENT FOR THE WATER TO ACCUMULATE AND IT SUBSIDES FOR A WHILE TILL THE TIME ANOTHER DOWNPOUR HAPPENS.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS THE RAINS ARE NOW ALMOST IN MUMBAI.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am 1972 born in parel Mumbai - Desai Hospital. I enquired in BMC office regarding my BMC birth certificate. After 2 rounds in office. The BMC official says birth certificate is not registered. Please can you guide the steps to get it.

respected sir,
we request you to clean our garbage which is not being swept on the road and the condition is so unhigeinic that if it rains before lifting of garbage than their could be widespreadof malaria and cholera in our area. we request you to repair the road which has so much filth on it that it looks like a garbage dump. I dont understand how payment is made to yhe contractor for such road which has not be paved properly by installing blocks . please do the needfull to save human lives

I have lost my birth certificate and I need it for official purposes. I was born on 20 November 1949 in Wadia Hospital in Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I am living in United states since 1974 and a US citizen since 1992. I have also lost my original Indian passport and school leaving certificate.

Please advise me how to or where I will be able to get copy of the birth certificate and what other documents I will need to get it.

This is to draw your kind attention to the illegal Sub-letting of Residential property at 1st floor, Ganpati Bhavan, opp. to Canara Bank, Naigaon, Dadar (East), MUMBAI 400 014.

Sir,

Person name Mr. Suhas Sawant is tenant in above mention property but he has illegaly sub-rent this property to number of boys and girls as PG. He has not even done police registration of the Tenants. His action in nuisance to the society. Everyday they create a scene and disturb the resistance. Shops below are also facing problems due to this illagal sub-letting. He take every thing in Cash and don't repay security to tenants when they leave and tenants create row to get his security deposits. resisdence get disturbed with this nuisance even in MIDNIGHT.

I say that the above activities are illegal and that the occupants are carrying the activities without obtaining the necessary permission/ licenses from the appropriate authorities.

I, therefore request you to instruct the officers concerned to take immediate steps to ensure that such illegal commercial and illegal activities are stopped with immediate effect and necessary action taken against the violators.

I visited your below mentioned office again on 27th April 2011 to pay my bills, I had sent a complaint to the then Municipal Commissioner in 2006, who had asked his official to call me asking me about my grievance but sadly the system remains the same even today. The system of collecting bill payments by CFC is as follows, Every person paying notes of denomination 500/- and 1000/- is made to write the notes numbers on a book, sign and enter his contact number. Most people pay in denominations of 500/- and 1000/- rupees. There was a gentleman in my queue on counter no 2. who had a complete wad of 500/- rupee notes. He was entering the numbers of 100 bills of 500/- rupee notes after which the cashier again tallied all the numbers, this process took almost 2 hours. I again returned without paying because there were three more persons ahead of me with 500/- and 1000/- rupee notes. I would like to know that, is this practice mandatory, If so then what about banks in our city that transact crores of rupees in a day. Will these banks able to function with such practice.
Sir, I request you to look into the matter and find some solution where the consumer/client can complete his transaction within a reasonable amount of time.

Dear Sir,
Sub: Long Queue in Payment of Water Supply and Other Bill payments.

I visited your F/south ward office located at Parel Naka on 23rd December to make cheque payment of my water supply bill, There was a huge queue and there was only one counter in operation. It would have taken me not less than an hour and the counters are open till 1 P.M. only. How can a working/business person manage to pay the bill? I am writing this because I have had an experience of standing in the queue and returning back without paying as the counter had closed before my turn. This deterred me from making the payment. I would like to suggest that drop boxes for cheque payments be installed at your ward offices, this will be of convenience to the public and save a lot of time.

Sir, I kindly request your good self to look into the matter so that Mumbaikars are provided better service.

On behalf of the residents of Manish Nagar and Four Bungalows, Andheri West, I would like to bring to your attention that the Manish Shopping Centre has become a very congested area with no place or pavement for people to walk. The shopkeepers in the Shopping Centre have invaded the area outside their shops by keeping their stuff outside and also giving the premises outside their shop to hawkers. The hawkers selling outside these shops have made it very inconvenient for residents to move around. There is no compound available for the Manish Shopping Centre which used to be a nice place for people to sit in the evenings years ago. The shops inside the Shopping Centre also has no passage for people to walk. The entire area is all messed up making it very difficult for passers by.

Also, the main Four Bungalows road is pathetic with hawkers occupied on both sides of the road which is supposed to be the footpath for people to walk. To add to this menace, the vehicles parked on the road side make it even more congested making it not only difficult but also a hazardous road to walk. The time taken to pass this road is much longer than normal as one has to cross through these hurdles in order to get to one's destination.

I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and make things easier for the residents of Manish Nagar and Four Bungalows for a peaceful living.

The recently inauguranted skywalk at Santacruz station (west) is truly a boon. However, since atleast the past 1 month the skywalk has not been cleaned and the hawkers have also started to slowly encroach (use the space for stocking their goods). There is no security guard on duty and if this is not attended to...it will resutl in encroachment eventually. Can teh BMC please attend to this.

I stay at Vithalwadi (E). There is some kind of construction going on in our area from past few years, as a result, sideways are filled with pot holes, hills of mud, garbage etc. Hence there is outbreak of mosquito’s population from past few months and it has become very difficult now to survive there. We can’t even sit in open space like terrace for fresh air. We have to lock all our doors and windows even then we can’t sleep peacefully at night because of mosquitoes attack.
I really don’t know what our co-operator is doing or how to contact him? Request to take some action and sprinkle medicine around area to control this problem.

WE ARE STAYING AT KRISHAN VIHAR BUILDING, IN TATA COMPOUND, S.V.ROAD, IRLA BRIDGE, ANDHERI (W), MUMBAI 400058.

THE WORK OF STORM WATER DRAIN IS BEING CARRIED OUT BY BMC, IN TATA COMPOUND AREA. THERE ARE MORE THAN 10 BUILDINGS, ONE SCHOOL BUILDING, AND MANY MORE SLUM DWELLERS. THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE TATA COMPOUND FROM S.V.ROAD IS TOTALLY BLOCKED DUE TO WORK BEING CARRIED OUT BY BMC.
ONLY, PATH WAY OR RICKSHAW CAN MOVE ON THAT REMAINING ROAD (PATHWAY.)

IT IS VERY DIFFICULT THAT WE ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM THE S.V.ROAD TO TATA COMPOUND BY CAR.
OR ANY OTHER IMORTANT VEHICLES LIKE AMBULANCE CAR OR FIRE BRIGADE MACHINE, IN CASE OF ANY UNSEEN INCIDENTS HAPPENS.

WE HOPE THAT THE BLOCKAGE TO THE ENTRY OF ANY PREMISES IS VIOLATION OF THE FREE MOVEMENT RULE.

WE HOPE THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION BY PROVIDING PROPER ACCESS TO THE TATA COMPOUND AREA FROM S.V.ROAD.

There should a direct connectivity from the west side of Nahur Railway FOB to Road (Vehicle) Bridge. So that comuters getting down from the vehicle (Bus/ Auto/ Car etc) can directly walk on to the Railway Foot Over Bridge instead of current practice of putting extra efforts to get down twice & climb once, the staircase at Nahur while catching a Train & vise a versa. Because of these extra efforts many people prefer to cross the railway lines, which may cause an accident.

This is with regards to dusbin placed near the residence of Mendonza Apartments near ST.Francis Xavier's church street Kanjur Marg East Mumbai 400 042 which is a major nuisance to public and most important their health.

Near to the 2 schools. Distance just few feet away

How it is effected:

Since it is placed in market the garbage keeps overflowing and attracts animals ( pigs, rats, dogs , cats) and flies who makes the place even more worst and creates health issues.
It creates a kiosk during school hours, children have to walk on the garbage at times and bear the dirty stink, at times they stumble and fall during rainy season due to traffic and crowd in a narrow road and moreover garbage spills.
Since it is placed next to the residence entrance gate the animals litter around and mess up the place and scatter the waste all around, that it makes difficult to enter the building premises. There are many mosquitoes breeding which impacts our health and lifestyle.

We have placed many local complaints with competitor but there is no action taken, we have been living with this for past 8 years hoping that someday there would be some relief however this is getting worst day by day.


Request you to please take some action to eradicate this dustbin from this prime area and free us from this health hazard.

We are resident of Jitendra Road, Malad East Mumbai 400 097. Recently we have received notice for BMC that our whole compound is under road cutting because there is traffic Jam.

But actually at any time of the day you can cross the road with in 3 minutes by your vehicle so where is the issue of traffic Jam. Even if BMC feel that there is the traffic problem than they can make front road as one way as there is road exactly behind our building where hardly any vehicles cross it.

It seem to be a some kind of Scam involve in this, which am not able to understand but there will be lot of beneficiaries from these. It can be contractor developing the road or Landlords as they will get very high TDR etc.........

I stay in building No.45 (Near Post Office) in Samata Nagar in Kandivali(East),Mumbai-400101
The entire area surrounding my building is living in fear of stray dogs whose numbers have grown manifold over the years.
The dogs engage in fighting amongst themselves whole day and cause nuisance to everyone.Young school going kids are worst affected.The dogs chase all two wheeler riders and many minor accidents have taken place due to this.
During nights the dogs engage in bitter fights over territory and we are not able to sleep peacefully even for a few hours.People returning home late live in fear of these dogs.Our local MP Mr.Sanjay Nirupam has promised that he would look into our complaint and do the needful.I request the concerned department to kindly catch all dogs and relocate them in jungles.
