[Resolved]  BMC Mumbai — hawker

So much of nuisance here from hawkers is in front of Nahar amrit shakti road is that we feel as if the road belongs to hawkers and we people are outsiders, despite staying in such posh locality, i failed to understand why cant the BMC people take action against these people and make it a better place for us to live in, shame on these guys, and they want increment and other facilities in their salaries for not doing their job, its high time such sectors should be privatised to get better service otherwise life here overall in mumbai is going to be hell because of this stupid people

Hawker Shri Nanaware has occupied street and footpath for his illegal stall opposite Shivraj Bhavan No.1, Balaseth Madurkar Marg, near Elphinstone Railway Station, Mumbai 400013 where at he cooking food on street with Coal Shegdi. After stampede incident of Elphinstone Railway station all nearby hawkers are moved beyond 150 mtrs from Railway Station, but Shri Nanaware is not responding the said order and running his illegal business just 100 mtrs away from Elphinstone Railway station. In this regard residents have lodged number complaints with MCGM, but not enough action has been taken till date. Due to all nearby corporate office, our street becomes busiest street through out a day with public as well as vehicles. But Hawker Shri Nanaware has occupied most of street along with some part of footpath where at after 8 pm he making sitting arrah

I stay in BARC colony near Mankhurd station. Many people have opened street shops and fish markets on the station road near dustbin of BMC on the footpath. This people are very rude to common people they are using the place illegally and causing trouble to the common people. They give orders to common people that you should not park vehicles or stand in front of our shop. This is very much annoying. Please take necessary action to make people safe from this kind of shopkeepers near Mankhurd station.
