Bmw India, Bird Automotive — bad paint job on a brand new bmw

Within three months of me buying a brand new 523i my car has been to the service station twice....first time they had to change the faulty suspensions, tune engine, remove water marks from paint by rubbing.... Now within a month of getting it back the water marks have reappeared, the dealer is saying these marks are permanent on paint and they just temporarily go when they polish the car..... The dealer says they might have been there before i took the delivery and not visible then as it was just polished before the delivery..... Wether they came at the dealers place or at mine, there is no reason that a brand new car get such water droplet marks.... When the company representative checked it the first thing he said that it is looking like a very old car.... This is when i am getting it cleaned everyday.....Now they say that they would mechanically remove a thin coat of paint and then repaint the car...... This is rediculous why should i accept my new car to be repainted..... If there is something wrong with the car they should change it or else say that the consumer have done somthing wrong... Its like i had been handed over a lemon....Tried contacting BMW india they just forward my mails to the dealer and never bother to reply and answer me directly....

car paint — paint remove of new car day by day.

Sir , My self Sanjeev Arora from panipat. purchase a new indica dlg terbo last year from METRO MOTOR Ambala white colour. from right side bottem plate near the doors the paint are automaticely remove and day by day it increse becouse that part allready painted in red colour i think and co. paint it white and fix in new car. i purchase white car and naw the red colour from bottem it incrise.every time when we wash the car the red colour grow up and white colour same part convert as red. somany we visit to malwa motor karnal and p.s. motor jalandhar for same complent , they tell me go to dealer where you purchase it,when we visit ambala at metro moter ,we show him the problum. they tellus we call the enginear from co. and they ask you about it . becouse it is tata co. fault not ours. they cheak it and then we tell you about it.>> SIR. so many time we visit ambala for same complent. Ambala is 110 kmt from panipat . every time i use fuel also but they says we allready file your camplent in head office when co. ask us ,we call you that time or you go to panipat at malwa office, they also solve your problum but totely results are ZERO. pl.help me and save my car for further remove the orignal paint. ..hope i am on right track where we take justice. I, Raj Kumar Jain, having a BMW 320d, Edition Ex (Purchased Date: August-2011) (Regd. No. DL 10 CE 2800), in the name of "Rising Projects India Pvt. Ltd.", I have also bought the BSI Package for this car.

As my car is due for service after 1000 km, and front disk pad change warning is also indicating in the system.
On 17th August, 2012 I called for booking for my car service and disk pad change, they refused to service the car and change the disk pad, and told me that they have no slot before 02nd September, 2012. I told them, that the disk pad sensor are giving change indication and producing the noise while driving. I think brake matter was so serious but, they didn’t reply me anything.
After a long time on 15th September I recd. A call from Bird Automotive, Gurgaon, regarding service of car, that your car slot has been booked for 19th September, 2012.
I took my car to service station in morning in 19th Sep. 2012 and told the every problem that I am facing from my car. After all conversation with service advisor, I left my car at service station for servicing and they told me, to collect the car tomorrow morning i.e. (20th September, 2012).
Next day afternoon I called the service advisor, to confirm that the car is ready or not. They told that, the work is going on. Till whole day I was waiting for the call from Bird Automotive.
Next day on 21st September, 2012, I went at the service station to get my car, and ask to service advisor to get the car. After a long discussion between the service advisor and their representative, they came to me and told that, I have to leave the car for computer diagnosis and it will take around 1 to 2 days. I was totally harassed. And no work is completed that I have mentioned in service sheet. I have tried a lot to talk to the seniors, but they also didn’t gave the positive response.
I have owned many luxury cars every year, and continuing from last 15 years, I have not experienced such bad condition in any other company or service station. It was my first BMW brand car I have bought, I think it will be the last. At the same time I told my dealer to sell that car, I will not recommend to anyone of my relatives and others. I don't want to continue that relationship with BMW any more.
