These BMV lottery emails or mail are fraudulent people. Don't send them any information and definitely not any money. Do your research BMW affiliates don't even have a lottery division or lottery offers, c'mon use your head's they're a luxury line car manufacturer in the business to make money and sell cars not give them away for free..I feel sorry for the person or persons that said above they sent these con artists money to claim a prize or pay "taxes". Taxes would come out of the winnings not from your very pocket before you received anything, sorry to be the one to tell you, you've been scammed and there is absolutely no way to recover your money. Let this be and expensive lesson learned..
