Book — Book was not downloaded, account charged
To whoom it may concern.I, Irene Brodsky, was wrongfully charged.
The book (unfortunately, don't even remember the name now). was attempted to be ordered through I-books on iPad. Was never downloaded. (something didnt worked, and it was not even started to be downloaded). However I was charged $23.99. Ref number is 6044 on my credit card (us bank visa) Transaction date is 09/15.
Please advise how I can be credited back. Thank you, Irene.

Respected all,On 3rd march,i purchased a top gear monthly magazine along with my other books from reliance timeout. The maximum retail price of the item is supposed to be rupees 200.But never bothering for it they charged me Rs.125. How can such a prestigious company cheat its customers by charging above mrp?

sir/madammy friend send me a parcel from delhi around 7th nov 2009 and till date 1st dec 2009.. i didnt receive it.consigement no...z01310023 i called the dtdc office in goa[panaji branch] and they are saying THEY LOST THE PARCEL.is this type of service ya provide to customers???first time it happened to me like this. please note this!! hope ya dont repeat in future.my parcel is gone thanks to u people....
