[Resolved] Books4u.in — ordered book not received | |||
My name is Rahul Arora. My email-id is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is [protected]. I live in Bangalore. I had ordered a book "Upkars Reserve Bank of India Grade-B Examination" from books4u.in. I had ordered it on 9th October and the website claims that the order delivery takes place within a week. I was made to pay Rs.100 as postage charges. It is 24th October today and i am still in wait of my order. I raised my concern with the vendor but there has been no response. I want to sue them. I have Ordered 2 books they told that I will recive the books within 2-4days by Now Pay payment mode, But now is the 6th Day they Did'nt Delivered the books.So humble Request is Please Deliver the books within 2 days, Otherwise we dont want the books.
