Dear Sir,


Sub : Complaints Regarding two LPG Pumps In Pune
( Mitali Service station WC/MH/14/5171(p108928) & Saraswati Auto services MR/PN 279)

I have following 3 complaints which are same for both the LPG pumps

1. Both LPG pumps of yours do not operate AIR pressure Facility which II understand is mandatory. I have visited and filled up LPG at these place at least 3-5 times each, in last 3 months, non of the occasions I could avail the air facility at these two LPG pumps. You need to investigate this matter. I have all the cash memos with me for both pumps.


2. When both pumps could not give me AIR faci;ity 2nd time I demanded the complait book which I suppose is mandatory from your side. After a wait of 10 minutes also the could give me the “complaint book”.When the 3rd time also they could not give me the AIR facility I was waiting for 20 minutes at both the places for writing a complaint. The staff on the counter made it sure that I don’t get it.

3. At both petrol pumps the telephone numbers of your local office ( sahajanand Complex, east street, Camp, Pune) are not displayed, I suppose it is mandatory from your end to display the name of concern authority with contact nos. Both pumps do not hv this information.

4. Today morning when I visited your East street office to give a written complaint about these irregularities I was greeted by a security man at the reception counter and he informed me that one MR Singla is responsible for the concerned area and he is not there in office. When I insisted that I must lodge a complaint he directed me to one Mr Gaikwad. I told him verbally all my experience about these two pumps, he made a note of it. When I insisted, now that I am at your office pl give me a blank paper so that I can handover a written complaint about the same, He said, he can always accept it but it will go to the area sales person and nothing will happen i[censored] want a right effect I sould go to your website a lodge a complaint thru it. When visited your website it doesn’t have a link to complaints but it has link to vigilance office and the same link is not working due to server upgradation(nothing new abt it)
You are now requested to take a serious note of these 3 complaints and revert back to me about the action taken from your end. Pl mind that I won’t give up this issue till it gets resolved. If you need cash memos of these pumps
I have for mitali, dated 02/11/08, 06/12/08 – 2 nos morning and evening and 24/12/08
For sarswati dated 10/11/08 and 09/12/08

Saraswati Automobiles — Poor services

I had extremely bad experience after getting my car serviced by Saraswati Automobiles. I don't what they had done, since after service my car was troubling me a lot. Just on next day my car engine about to get ceased & my car radiator got damaged due to silly mistake of their mechanic, that he damaged the radiator cap and my car radiator start leaking. Thereafter I had spent around Rs. 5000 for replacing the radiator and fixing the engine problems due to over heating.
They had done some repairing to car brakes without informing me and charged me around 300 for it. Afterwards the car brakes was not working effectively as it was earlier. I take this car only for long drives, when I have to go out of town with my family. I had major car accident on Mathura highway damaging the whole car, because of brakes problem.
I had informed the workshop people about these before my accident, but rather than taking the responsibilities they started saying those faults were there earlier, they had just serviced the car.
Also I had noticed that the car mileage was drastically reduced to half after service and it was started giving me missing problem. But I know that the workshop people will not take the responsibility, so I have never contacted them. Even you people never tried to get it settled as I had informed you about radiator & brakes problem.

I regret the day when I had serviced my car from this workshop and like to advice everybody around me not get the service from this workshop.
