I have double door 200litre capacity BPL fridge purchased in 1999 at Surat.
I have been requesting Vadodara BPL service centre for replacement of the door gasket.
The service centre at Vadodara informed that the gasket are not available.
Please let me know about the same and how can you help me to get these gasket replace.

My BPL SANYO Micro oven was not working. So I lodged a complained with your authorised customer care centre at 127, Bakul Bagan Road, Kolkata 700025, Phone[protected] and[protected]. One service man came and took away the PCB on 19/10/2012. He has charged me Rs. 331.00 for coming and I had to pay. After that they did not do any thing. I was continuously monitoring the matter. Now they say that the parts are not available. They asked me to bring the complete oven to try with some other company component. Under the circumstances, I asked them to return my PCB as it is. I am senior citizen and it is not possible for me to take the machine to such far off place. Moreover, I completely lost faith on the people there. So I request your interference to get back my PCB and the service charge of Rs. 331.00 taken from me should be refunded immediately.
