I have a frost triple door fridge of BPL. I am staying in gurgaon & called up ur service centre, as my fridge is not working. I called up the service centre yesterday & they promised to send the enggineer by evening. Nobody came to rectify the fridge. Today one engineer by the name Sonu, came at about 1.00 & after inspection said, he needs to get the relay to check if the compressor is ok. He p[romised to be back within half an hour but has not turned up till now i.e. 5.15 p.m. I enquired with the service centre & they in turn called up his cell to find that his cell was switched off.I was given the no. of Mr.Sanjay their manager, who never picked up the phone. I request you to kindly look into the matter & let me know if you have any alternate service centre. With this sought of customer care I am sure that your products will never have a market.
Your insight into the matter will be highly appreciated.

I purchased a fridge in year 2004. It had already some problems from very first day. I complained to BPL Service Center many times about it and egineer visited to us but every time he ignored the problem. Now my fridge got some serious problems. On calling on old numbers I came to know that phone number were changed. Kindly tell me about the telephone number of BPL Service Center in Lucknow. BPL is third class company with cheap product and services. I was unfortunate that I purchased two BPL Products.

BPL — there is no authorised service center

we have refrigerator of BPL co. now its not working properly and we are able to get it repaired properly kindly advised us and give us authorised BPL refrigerator service center to get it repaired
