I have a TV set of BPL Studio 25 purchased 8 yrs back by us facing problem of TV sceen black within 1/2 an hours but sound is OK. Only picture gone. Complaint lodged on 4.11.09 with complaint No. 9K06001T and sent TV set to your W.S at Adajan, Surat on 6.11.09 where Incharge is Mr. Rajesh Pathak. From that day, the technecian of that Workshop says IC No. 5255 not OK and ordered to Company and come within 2/3 days. After that day, he and Mr. Pathak not reply properly and speak very rough language. Today on 12.10 Noon, when I phone over Mr. Rakesh Pathak's Cell No. [protected], he speak very roughly and abused language used by him.
Kndly note it is the TV is given by my Friend Mr. Manish at Surat Adajan.
You are requested to kinly look into the matter and let us know the status at the earliest.

The timer of my 200 bpl fridge is also not working and the same is not available either in Ajmer or Jaipur..the fridge is not working from the last month due to inavailablity of the timer.It is sad that companies manufacturing such durable products do not care to supply spares to their dealers and service center.IT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA

Did anyone find the service center in Delhi for Refrigerators? Interestingly I've exhausted my search no where can I find even their office. Some say they are not in srvice in India. Does anyone have any information or maybe reffer a reliable Tech. Is there availablity of parts.
