i have a bpl convertee refrigerator. the rubber which holds refrigerator with door is spoiled. i have lodged complaints many times at ur pune, maharashra ofice, but i am not getting proper response. i was informed that the stuff is ou of stock.it is very necessary and urgent for me to change the rubber. i hope u will take the matter seriously and do the needful at ur earliest. this kind of response is not expected from a reputed co like bpl.
