[Resolved]  BPL Mobile — hidden charges

i have bpl prepaid card i have charge rs.444 for life time in coming free after that on 10/1/2008 i have recived an sms from bpl "great news : local calling rates slashed on your plan. local call rates reduced to Rs.1/min changes effective 10/jan/2008 after that on 11/1/2008 i have refilled with rs 501 rechage coupon and i got sms that your a/c has been succesfully recharge and you have 342.87 paise in your a/c but that sms found to be humbug i was fooled by co. my a/c remains zero in that event i called on 555 they told me diffrent story that you can call at rs.1 for life time with this recharge coupon and it is our old scheme where you get rs balance so be aware of this cheatind which bpl co.do thanks

I had recharged my mobile Rs 399 after confirmation of customer service that after recharging this I can able to talk BPL to BPL free. When my service not activated than again i contacted call center people they have told me that activation of this scheme take 24 hour. During 24 hour I have called several times and all time they are telling me new story. After three days as usual I am following with your call center team and this time they gave me surprising news that they are not able to activate my scheme since already I have one other scheme active in my number. When I have confirmed more than 3 time with your customer service team before recharging no one told me the conditions of the scheme. After hearing this I have visited your BPL Gallery at Mira Road and I met Sanjay and repeated all story to them first answer I have received from him that because of Makar sankrati (13th January 2008) office is closed. This is ridicules no company has holiday on that day. After requesting him he has marked the mail to some one about my case and 15th Jan 2008 i have informed from him that my money is refunded to the retailer I can go and collect the amount. From 15th Jan to toady onward I following with retailer and sanjay like a fool. They all gave me always new answer every day. Retailed told me he has not received the money he told me money goes to distributor not to him. And sanjay (employee of BPL Gallery) doesn’t know anything about distributor. After following entire month, wasted more than Rs 500 on Call and visited more than 20 time of BPL galley nothing is happen. Now sanjay has told me to contact some senior people from BPL.

Now please help me what to do to get my money … is there any one in your organization who can help me. my no [protected] (Pre paid No) i have other post paid no [protected]
i have bpl postpaid card i have the family plan. Sorry to tell you that the service provided my you is very very bad. I have a network problems since is bought this sim card, complaint a lot of time but there was no solution from your end. My problem is that when i call the other nos. i loose network but if i call airtle or any other brands from bpl there is not network problem.

Now please do the need full as i dont understand if the help would come form you or no.

I am R. Guruathi Murugan, Sub-distributor of BPL Mobi in Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, TamilNadu. Now the Sales network of BPL Mobi is very low in TamilNadu. There is no direct contact or link between the distributors and the company. But some middle agencies in the sales circuit escaped from the business. Now the distributors like me are in the sales island. So, if you use me properly, I will definitely increase the sales in Tamilnadu. I have very good plan of increasing such a very good product with less rate. So, please cooperate with me.

Main bpl mobile company ka prepaid customer hoon, sir mera takleef yeh hai ki bpl ka jo wap service hai bahut kharaab hai, mera mobile model (S/E M600i) hai, jis mein wap service bahut deri me on hota, bauhut slow hai
Main ne kai baar complnt. diya, har baar network consession kah kar tasalli dete hain, lekin aaj tak problem solve nahin hua
Sir aap hi meri kuch madad kar sakte hain, badi aasha hai ki meri takleef khatam ho jaayegi

i had called mobileassis at 50555 a executive named sushil put my call on hold and didntresponded and disconnected my phone after 10 min...i think so they shud take a strict action on this issues
I use a prepaid BPL sim. For first ten months internet surfing was free and now my balance reduces when i use internet. So can u plz help me?
Every time i call the customer care executives for any help they pick up the call
and just end it without saying a word. Most of all in the night & in the morning.
Why the hell they do this each and every time ?
And they always have one answer if they attend our querries that the system is under upgradation?
