I am a prepaid customer of BPL mobile.I am trying to reach BPL customer care number to deactivate the Caller Tunes to avoid undesired deductions from my account.but it appears that they are not in mood to answer a call.nobody responds even after calling for lot of times.Is it necessary to approach Consumer court rather than to try to access customer care cells?Also, there is always a nuisance o[censored]nwanted calls/advertisements.if they care can you please stop it?

BPL — unrequested deduction from account
today unrequestly deducted money for some cricket subscription. i dont want .i didnt requested.please cancel that subscription I am using BPL sim since last 3 years but since 4-5 months I am really irritated because I am not activating any services like masala jokes.live aarti etc……. the service gets activated & monthly there is deduction from my account. Instead of complaining many time no better response found from customer care. Paise to jhad pe nahi aate he na.
Please resolve this matter earliest otherwise i will have to search better service provider than you & let me tell you there are many.
