BPL Refrigerator — NOT WORKING
My refrigeretor F 262 VX BPL make has not been working since last 2-3 days.My efforts to trace Service centre nos.and local no.thru directory and other modes have been proved futile as none of the nos.mentioned in the websites are working.Pl.help me to get it repaired immdly.without any delay.

BPL Refrigerator — Complain for M/s Fridge Link Services. Borivali.
I have BPL double door refrigrator, and I have regular complain of its main door alignment problem. I have always called authorised service centre for repairs but after changing R. bottom cap R.F Gasket the problem again starts in three months and door doesnot close properly. Three times I have changed the same parts. We also donot put more load except, we put only lemons, butter and only one water bottle that too some time only then also it there is always same complain and every time I spend more then Rs1000/-. This time your service centre M/s. Fridge Link Services did the same job along with other complain of Timer, Bi Metal, R. Bottom cap Thermal Fuse.. But this time they charged Rs 400 for R. Bottom cap Which is double of Rs 200 they charged in July 2008. Also They attended the complain after 15 days very rud respones of the main boss on asking to show the companies rates or on asking to return the old spair parts, and asking for the regular problem of door. Also the refrigrator was scretched and dirty with black stains of repairing inside the fridge. We are very disatisfied with the service, respone and we feel like cheated every time. So we may never take their service in future. And kindly give us the rate of the parts mention above. One more important thing that on asking problem of regular complain of doors and double charges of R. Bottom cap the main boss of the service centre responded very rudly in threatning languages. I may also complain in police regarding the same.
