I have a BPL Washing Machine for which i took an AMC dated 31/12/08 from PRISMATIC SERVICE NETWORK (391,Sant Nagar,East of Kailash, Ph:[protected]/75/) for a period of 1 year at the cost of Rs.1444/-. Recently I had lodged a complaint for my machine which was rectified and a new part (MeT Assembly) was replaced with the old one.But within some days ,again the same problem occured. On complaining again, an engineer was sent but the engineer went back saying that the concerned part was not available with him.He promised to replace the part in the next week but it was not so. It's been more than a month since then but no one has either called or come to replace the part. On calling either nobody picks up the phone or they give silly excuses.ON 25th September'09 ,I called to ask when the part would be changed and it was promised that it would be replaced latest by the 29th September'09.But until now it has not been replaced .I am facing extreme difficulties in washing my clothes.Sometimes i have to give my clothes at the laundry as the machine does not work.This is quite expensive for me.It is my humble request that the problem is rectified soon. This is quite unfair and it should be replaced under AMC only.
I request for BPL authorties to look into the matter and immediately replace the TUB at no cost to me.
