BPTP — Unexpected Super Build Area Demand

Anil this good Initiative ,
We are with you, They are looting our hard Money, Recently I paid 4 Lacs as Super Buildup Area Demand which should not be there they works on ethics.
I booked Elite Floor in BPTP which was 876 Sq Ft as per Agreement and Initial Brocher now they send Demand for 4 lacs saying that your Super Area which is still tentative increased by 25% which is totally unethical.. Although have legal agreement in which condition signed in favor of Builder.
This is company is very Un Trustworthy Company Looting Old Customer which already Invested thier money can't leave..

We have been cheated by BPTP several times, either on the name of overbooking, re-location or increase in super area. Now it is a time to unit together and come up on the single stage where we can stand unitedly. To provide a single place where everybody can discuss or suggest the ways we can fight with BPTP I have created a group on facebook.
