Today at arount 7.30 PM i received a call from your representative asking for mortgage loan requirement if any. I refused since I did not want any mortgage loan.
Since I had other querry regarding my Company,s whose current accounts have been maintained at various branches of Hdfc bank with average balance of many lacs of rupees,
Our company has been maintaining at Indore ,a satisfactory account No.[protected] with you I enquired about a person whom I should contact. Your representative gave me mobile number of your RM head Indore Mr.Tripathi.
When I started enquiring ,Mr.Tripathi replied in an insulting and rude manner shouting at me ,asking ',who has given me this number'.

Since he is your employee I expected him to behave properly.

I therefore request your to take appropriate disciplinary action aginst the emplye Mr.Tripathi mobile No[protected](Indore).
