[Resolved]  British Airways — Negligence of duty towards those with mobility difficulties

I have an ongoing grievance with british airways since june 2006, due to their negligence of duty towards those with mobility difficulties.
Although wheelchairs were booked in advance, none were given to my three elderly family members in the age group of 70/80 years, travelling under my escort.
I have all the correspondence with ba regarding this grievance.
My complaints in this regard to the civil aviation authority was met with dismay & sympathy from their side. although understanding that ba has grossly neglected in its duties by not providing the booked wheelchairs, their branch auc is unable to help me since i am not a british resident.

I would like the world to know how unfairly & negligently british airways has been in its duties towards its old passengers with mobility difficulty.
Their 18 a * under their companies rules & regulations clearly shows their responsibility towards such passengers, & which has grossly & insensitively been ignored in my elderly relatives travel to london by their carrier in may 2006.

I would like to see justice done, & ba brought to book for this negligence of duty.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

Mrs esra tasneem aslam.
