national british lottery — scam

scam
i gave my details to england national lottery liverpool london and i am afraid that they may not use my identity for any other act. i want to remain protected
This is easy: If something sounds to good to be true, it is is scam. If someone claims that you have won any competition in any form and you cannot remember ever entering one, then it is a scam.

Ligitimate businesses will NEVER email you from free email addresses such as Yahoo, Live, Hotmail and others. If you receive any offer from any company from a free email address then it is a scam!

Your bank will NEVER ask you for your pin number. Neither will they EVER ask you to confirm your personal details through email. They will NEVER send you a link to click on to confirm your details.

Live by these rules and you will be safe!
