[Resolved] Broadband Internet Facility From BSNL — Inconsistent quality product, very unsatisfactory customer service | |||
My telephone number is[protected]. I have been paying for broadband internet facility eversince it was introduced. The quality of the product is very inconsistent; more importantly, the quality of service is most obnoxious. I have hundred instances of improiper information, interference by a company called mytv who provide IPTV etc but I will give the latest instance. On 18 Jun 2010 I noticed that the internet connection was erratic and lodged a complaint (docket no. 0610/1922). On monday (21 Jun) morning, I enquired about the status of the compalint and was told that it will be attended to, possibly by evening. In the evening I called the callcentre again and I was told that the complaint has been closed!!!! I was livid and so a fresh compalint was regiostered (docket no. 0610/2154). Till now, (22 5.15 PM) nothing has happened. I enquired and was told that I should enquire with my nearest telephone exchange. I said why should I jkeep a tab of which exchange is servingg me etc. it is for the call centre to know that; he asked me to call 1500 to know about my exchange and then I should call the exchange to know the status of the complaint. This is frustrating. I want to support stet owned enterprises; I have BSNL landline, BSNL mobile and BSNL broadband; but this kind of qulaity is cauding me loss and will drive me out.K V Sudarshan; [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Broadband — Inconsistent
MTNL Telephone no. 22508045. I am facing intermittent internet connection issues since the past one month. Since then i have raised three complaints and none of them have be resolved. Instead everytime I call up to their customer care...they say that the last complaint was closed even without checking with us, if the redressal was satisfactory. Customer care is also very unfriendly...they do not care for any problems/inconvenience being caused to the cutomer.I hope somebody in the higher ranks reads these complaints and listens and addresses these issues. They need to change their image...or else people will keep moving away to private providers.
